What is your Refund or Exchange Policy?

All items purchased at www.johnpaul-co.com are Final Sale. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Where do you Ship? 

We currently provide Domestic Shipping only within Canada. For any international orders, please contact us at jpc@johnpaul-co.com

Do your prices include Duties & Taxes?

Yes. All of our prices include customs charges, duties and taxes from Italy to Toronto.  You are responsible for Local Taxes & Shipping. Example: HST or GST. 

What if the product I need is not available on your website? 

All special order inquiries can be sent to us directly at jpc@johnpaul-co.com

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.  You can call us to confirm if the item is in stock and therefore we can expedite delivery. 

Can I order Online and Pick-Up in Store? 

Yes. Please call us at 416-921-7787 to arrange In Store Pick-Up. 

What if my order arrives incorrectly? 

Please call us at 416-921-7787 for any issues related to your order.  Our showroom hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. We are closed on Sundays.
